I am aware that using the High Performance Area requires a high degree of fitness and skill.
I am also aware that only people over the age of 7 are allowed to use this area.
In order to prevent injuries, I made myself familiar with the general terms of safety, to which I was
advised by the operator, before using the facility. I accept these terms as binding. I am aware, that if I
don’t follow these rules, I might get expelled from the facility with no right to get the entrance fee refunded.

I am using the facility at my own risk. I am aware, that liability for damage done to materials and possessions
is only accepted if it is caused by intend or negligence of the operator. The instructions of the staff must
always be followed. I am aware that on my own risk, only jumps and flips according to my performance level
are allowed to be performed.

I hereby confirm that I have carefully read and understood the information above and confirm that I accept
the terms and conditions and the rules of conduct and safety of FLIP LAB GmbH & Co KG.
By signing this declaration of liability I acknowledge that FLIP LAB GmbH & Co KG is released
from all claims arising from or in connection with the non-observance of the general terms and conditions and
safety rules.

I expressly agree to the processing of my personal data in accordance with point 8, Consent to data
processing of the general terms and conditions and have been informed of the right of revocation at any time.
I hereby assure that the information provided is true and complete and that I, the undersigned, am able to judge this.
If i´m not yet of age, my legal guardian must sign the declaration
