1. I confirm that I am aware that the use of the facilities of Sporthotel Betriebsführungs GmbH, Eisgrabenstraße 32, 5081 Anif near Salzburg, hereinafter referred to as Jump Arena, involves risks and dangers and requires a certain level of fitness and skill. I confirm that I am not pregnant.
I declare that I possess the physical and mental requirements for using the facilities of the Jump Arena and will use the facility or parts of it only in accordance with my own performance level. I hereby agree that I may be sent a newsletter regularly, which I can easily unsubscribe from at any time via email to info@funarena.at.
2. I undertake to fully comply with the instructions of Jump Arena employees at all times. I am aware that failure to comply with the facility rules or the instructions of Jump Arena may result in a ban from further use of the facility and a house ban without the right to reimbursement of the entrance fee.
3.I declare that I have not consumed drugs, alcohol, or other consciousness-altering substances and that I am not impaired by the consumption of such substances.
4. I declare that I am using the facilities of Jump Arena at my own risk and responsibility. I explicitly waive any claims for material or financial damages arising from the use of Jump Arena’s facilities unless Jump Arena has acted intentionally or with gross negligence. I always use the Pumptrack facility with a helmet, carefully read the posted rules, and adhere to them.
5. I assume liability for damages caused by me to the facility or third parties and undertake to fully indemnify and hold Jump Arena harmless for damages caused by me to the facility or third parties.
6. Jump Arena assumes no liability for the loss or theft of items.
7. I explicitly agree that photos and videos of me may be taken during my visit to Jump Arena’s facilities, stored by Jump Arena, and published free of charge on the Jump Arena homepage, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and printed materials. I expressly waive any claims for usage fees or other compensation arising from the use of the photos and/or videos. The photos and/or videos may only be used by Jump Arena for marketing purposes.
This declaration of consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time by contacting info@funarena.at.
8. I declare that I have fully read and understood this consent form and the included liability disclaimer, the general terms and conditions (accessible at WEBSITE FOR T&Cs), and the facility rules (WEBSITE FOR RULES). I accept these terms and make them part of the contract by signing.
9. Furthermore, I declare that I have read the privacy policy, which is also available at https://jumparena-salzburg.at/de/information/datenschutz and in printed form at the reception. I give my explicit consent to the use of my data—namely my name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, bank details, IP address, and company information—according to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR "fulfillment of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures," Article 6(1)(c) GDPR "fulfillment of legal obligations," and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR "legitimate interest." Revocation of this consent—unless the authorization for data processing arises from law or the contractual relationship—is possible at any time by contacting info@funarena.at.
The guest or guardian confirms that they are over 18 years of age, have the authorization of the person with custody to use the Jump Arena facilities, assume supervisory duties and liability for the minor(s), and fully agree to the above provisions on behalf of the minor(s).
