1. I confirm to be aware that the use of the facilities of Jump World One WP GmbH, FN 587035m, Südring 211, 9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, with location Riesenradplatz 6/1, 1020 Vienna, hereinafter referred to as JWO for short, is associated with risks and dangers and requires a certain level of fitness and skill. Pregnant persons are excluded from own use of the trampoline park.
I declare that I have the physical and mental requirements for the use of the Jump World facilities and that I will only use the facility or parts thereof in accordance with my own level of fitness. Furthermore, I have watched the explanatory video of the JWO in its entirety. I hereby declare that I may be sent a newsletter on a regular basis, which I can easily unsubscribe from at any time by sending an informal email (office@jumpworld.one).
2. I agree to fully comply with any instructions given to me by Jump World One staff at any time. I am aware that in case of non-compliance with the rules of the hall or the instructions of the JWO, I may be prohibited from further use of the facility and banned from the premises without any claim for reimbursement of the entrance fee.
3. i declare not to have consumed drugs, alcohol or other mind-altering substances and not to be impaired by the consumption of drugs, alcohol or other mind-altering substances.
4. I declare to use the facilities of the JWO at my own risk and peril. I expressly waive any claim for property damage or financial loss arising from the use of the Jump World facilities, unless the JWO has acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
The use of rental equipment such as trampoline scooters, skis, snowboards, bikes is at your own risk. The JUMPWORLD.ONE is not liable for injuries or other consequential costs of any kind, which may occur during the use of such rental equipment.
5. I take over the liability for damages caused by me to the facility or third persons and commit myself to hold JWO completely harmless regarding damages caused by me to the facility or third persons.
6. JWO shall not be liable for the loss or theft of any property.
7. I expressly agree that in the course of visiting the facilities of the JWO, photographs and video recordings of me may be made, stored at the JWO and published free of charge on the homepage, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.) and print material of the JWO. I expressly waive any user fees or other compensation from the use of the photos and/or videos. The photographs and/or videos may be used by JWO for marketing purposes only.
8. I declare that I have read and understood this declaration of consent and the disclaimer included therein, the General Terms and Conditions, which are also available at https://www.jumpworld.one/agb, as well as the hall rules (https://www.jumpworld.one/wiener-prater/info/hallenregeln) in their entirety, accept them and make them part of the contract with my signature.
9. Furthermore, I declare to have read the privacy policy, which is also available at https://www.jumpworld.one/datenschutz, as well as at the reception in printed form, and to agree to the use of my data stated therein, namely my name, my date of birth, my address, my telephone number, my email address, my account details, the IP address, my company data, according to Art. 6 para 1 lit a) DSGVO, on the basis of Art. 6 para 1 lit b) DSGVO "performance of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures", Art. 6 para 1 lit c) DSGVO "performance of legal obligations" and Art. 6 para 1 lit f) DSGVO "legitimate interest", to give my express consent. A revocation of consent - unless the authorization for data processing results from the law or the contractual relationship - is possible at any time at office@jumpworld.one.
The guest or guardian confirms to be over 18 years of age, to have the power of attorney of the custodial person to use the facilities of the JWO, to assume the supervisory duty over and liability for the minor(s) and to fully agree to the above provisions also for the minor.
